Privacy notice
This notice explains how Maple Logic Ltd handles personal information on the Lenora marketing website. It does not cover use of the Lenora product, which will have its own privacy information.

Maple Logic Ltd operates Lenora and is responsible for personal information collected through this website.

Information involved in a visit
When you visit, your browser sends technical information needed to load the site, such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested. Hosting systems may record this information in access and security logs. If you apply for access, we receive the name, email, company, role and any optional message you submit. If you contact us outside the website, we may also receive the details you choose to include in your message.
Why we use it
We use technical information to deliver and protect the website, troubleshoot problems and investigate misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We use access applications to review requests and respond to enquiries about Lenora, based on our legitimate interests or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. Applying does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Service providers and fonts
Website hosting providers may process technical information to serve and secure the site. Access applications are stored in Amazon Web Services, which also sends a notification to our team at Maple Logic Ltd. Website fonts are served from our own hosting. We do not currently use an analytics or advertising tracker on this marketing website.
How long we keep information
Access applications are set to expire from our AWS records after 12 months; deletion may take a few additional days. Notification emails and any resulting correspondence are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship or meet legal obligations. Website logs are kept as needed to operate and secure the site and investigate incidents.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, or ask for a copy in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We will update this page when our website, data practices or contact details change.
